Of course, we like to think it’s because they’re on fulltime EU compliant employment contracts and have additional benefits such as company-wide health insurance and the regular opportunities for paid overtime.
Perhaps it’s also because they work flexible hours, using cutting edge hardware and software on exciting projects involving global brands from our brand new offices in central Bangalore or Covent Garden, London base.
Or maybe it’s because they’re always learning new highly marketable skills through our R&D and training programmes.
