Gwilym Lewis
Gwilym has been working in the digital media sector for over 10 years.
Prior to co-founding Kieon in 2005 Gwilym worked both client and agency-side at a strategic and implementation level on projects ranging from multi-lingual global brand re-launches to devising the online strategy for a number of government ministries around the world.
Before working in the digital media industry Gwilym worked as a management consultant including spending a significant time advising companies on how to build successful offshore operations and to do business in overseas markets.
Gwilym holds an MBA from the London Business School and was recently nominated for its Accomplished Entrepreneur Award.

Smita Malipatil
Smita has been working in the outsourcing and technology sector for the majority of her career.
Smita co-founded Kieon in 2005. Prior to this Smita worked in the UK and Asia as a management consultant and where her project management and delivery skills led to one of her Indian projects becoming a 2007 Management Consultancy Awards Finalist.
Prior to working in the UK Smita worked for two of the top 10 IT firms in the world and then moved on to run trade and marketing on a national level for an international consumer product marketing organisation in India.
Smita’s technology and marketing background ensure that Kieon are able to properly deliver technically flawless solutions in the visual environment.

Belinda Mitchell-Innes
Prior to joining Kieon Belinda was strategic planning director of XM London which she helped found in 1995.
Belinda’s career started as a journalist, then moved into the communications world working at JWT, Y&R and Bates. Three years experience as a client also gave her an insight into what it is that clients look for.
Belinda has set up digital departments in three companies with digital clients including Pfizer, British American Tobacco, Shell, National Trust, Buckingham Palace, No 10 Downing Street, HSBC and the National Trust.

Gareth Tannen
Gareth (Gary) is an experienced IT professional whose career has seen him working on large scale IT projects in financial services, retail banking and real-time settlement systems for clients in the UK, Middle-East and Asia.
Aside from his pure technology experience Gary has worked extensively in conceptualising and developing marketing collateral and web-based solutions at an international level.
Prior to joining Kieon Gary spent 7 years working for Logica CMG based variously in the UK, India and Hong Kong.

Akash Mahajan
Akash is a Certified Ethical Hacker with more than 8 years of experience in Application and Network Security. Before becoming an expert security consultant he was a technical lead for one of the leading American commercial security software companies specialising in end point security. He started in security working on web infrastructure for the government of India.
Along with his day job Akash is heavily involved in the wider global security community, ranging from his work with OWASP, to contributing signatures for malware detection to Emerging Threats, a US DoD funded group of volunteers, to being one of the founders of null The Open Security Group, India’s foremost non-profit computer security organisations. null is very involved in providing expert security advice to companies, organisations and even the government of India.
Akash is currently one of the two OWASP chapter leads for Bangalore.
When not working or advising you’ll find Akash speaking at industry conferences on all things computer security related.
